The last night of spring break, we took the kids camping at Oak Mountain... in tents. There were five families that went together to the group site. The kids put on a play, we went hiking, roasted hot dogs and s’mores, and talked around the fire. It was fun watching the kids play around the site and climb the “mountain”, and it was fun to hear their conversations. It was also fun to spend time with our friends and be able to have time to catch up with each other. It was time well spent even in the 40 degree night temps weather.
