Tournament 2

Pipeline played their second tournament this weekend..  Our little 7u team went 2-2 in an 8u tournament.  The two teams we lost to were the winner and runner up.  Pipeline played 4 games back to back with no break!   The older Shelby County boys were so sweet to Troy and CJ and cheered for them (when we weren’t playing each other.) 

Troy played third base for the first time and a couple of innings at catcher.  He did a great job fielding and got some good hits.  

 I asked Troy what his favorite part of the day was and he said catching Nate’s fly ball and getting him out (Nate is beside Troy in this picture).  After we lost to Shelby County and the boys gathered at center field, Troy and Nate were sitting beside each other.  I love the friendships that are formed on the ball field!
