July date night

For our July date night/date day, I purchased Winery Tours from Ozan Winery.  I thought it would be fun to tour the winery and see how the wine was made.

Well, when we walked in and I presented my voucher to the lady, I told her we were there for the winery tour.  She laughed and said, it's a WINE tour.  So, Brian and I sat at a table outside, and got to sample 12 different wines.  Neither Brian nor I are big wine drinkers, and sampling these wines just reminded us of that.  I felt bad, but we probably poured out as much as we tasted.  The description of one of the wines was "a hint of tobacco and leather".  Who would drink that? 

It was a pretty afternoon to spend together and we did enjoy our cheese and fruit plate that came with the wine tastings.
