First Troy Game for Troy

We had looked forward to being able to take Troy to his first Troy football game for a while. We had a blast and it was a pretty special game because we got to sit in the Chancellor's Suite. The University dedicated the new fraternity houses on Saturday and as part of the dedication, Chancellor Hawkins invited one alumni from each fraternity to join him in his suite. Brian was chosen for his fraternity.



It was a great game. Troy slept for half the game, and Brian actually fell asleep for about 5 minutes too...pretty funny that he slept during a football game. The outcome was great with a Troy win in the last few minutes of the game. Everyone in the suite was so friendly and it was fun to cheer on the Trojans with them. Brian even joined in "high fiving" with the other men in the suite.

After the game, we were able to get Brian and Troy's picture made with Chancellor Hawkins.

    That is SO special! I cannot think of anyone more deserving than Brian to represent Troy & Farmhouse in the Chancellor's box. Love the pic of Brian and Troy!
