Kaylee had no doubt that she wanted to be a mermaid for Halloween this year...Troy went back and forth on what he wanted to be. First, he wanted to be a skeleton. When we went to the costume store, he changed his mind to a policeman because he wanted a gun with the outfit. Brian had to explain to him that we were only getting a costume, not toys to go with costumes. Troy finally agreed to being an army guy (because the actual costume came with a headset).
You can see in the pictures that Troy has a gun - that's because Brian is a sucker and went and surprised Troy with it later.
We went to the Mayhews Halloween night. When I say it was crazy, it was CRAZY. There were so many people trick or treating. Our kids had the best time passing out candy. We had to keep telling them to only give one piece or we would run out quick!!
After a while, we took the kids to houses too. They had a blast going door to door.
